Greg Massa and Raquel Krach returned from academia to practice "sustainable agriculture" on their own farm. A fourth generation rice farmer, Greg has applied his knowledge and experience to creating an integrated organic farm, Massa Organics. 

We worked with Greg and Raquel to designed their straw house in 2002. They quickly filled it with children and we were called back to design a bedroom addition, which neatly filled out the bare wall on the west side.
